We have stayed before refurbishment and thought things would improve but unfortunately disappointing

Location was great near all facilities and beach.

Did not have breakfast and evening meals very basic and service slow. Staff overall not interested allowed loud music around pool area and non residents to use the facilities. Had to ask to refresh towels and top up coffee and milk.

Clean, comfortable and central, but not luxurious

It was clean and comfortable. The room was quiet (we switched room from a ground floor to a 3rd floor and it made a huge difference). There was a pool and a restaurant on site. It was all fine, just very basic for the price point.

It was very average for the price point - but it is Barbados. For this price in most of the world you’d get a 5* hotel. This is 3* standards but it does the job.

Perfect location, friendly staff but needed earplugs

Perfect location, 1 min walk from the beach and local bars and restaurants. All the staff were welcoming, knowledgeable and friendly. There is no lift but we had the help of a hotel porter to show us to our room and take our bags. The water in the large swimming pool was warm and clean with great outside facilities. The room and bathroom were clean and spacious. The hotel felt safe and comfortable.

The safe didn’t have a key pad so couldn’t be locked. There was only one pillow on each bed and the bedding was clean but very noisy. The noises from the karaoke downstairs in the bar went on late into the night and was loud as our room was right over the bar. The guests on the other side of the hotel couldn’t hear it so when booking ask for a room far away from the bar.

Pleasant

I loved the staff and the location. My housekeepers and maintenance man were so polite, friendly and helpful. My first two days were frustrating but after that the rest of my stay was great because the staff went out of their way to make things good for us.

The building needs updating and fixing. I had a flood in one room and cold water in another, my final room was what you expected a hotel room to be. There were a lot of issues that needed taking care of including, cracked tiles, slippery floors in the room from sweating floor tiles, sliding doors not working and doors not opening, closet doors swinging open on its own. The worst is no hot water to bath. .

Beautiful, comfortable, attractive location.

Hotel is in a superb location, beautiful beach across the road. Shops and restaurants in close proximity, able to catch a bus to town and airport not too far away. The room was very clean and room had a little patio for relaxation with a beautiful view. The location also has a great night life which doesn’t affect relax time whilst on the inside.

There was no lift so you had to walk up the stairs with luggages. Also no staff showed me to my room. Although it wasn’t difficult to find if you can follow directions, it would be nice if someone did that.

If you’re not into commercial hotel stays, you’re looking for something quiet and unique I would recommend timeout hotel

it was close to Everything. It was very convenient. The staff was nice and friendly, especially the bartender Richard and the chef Shareece they took care of me every day at the restaurant!

I didn’t really have a problem with the property only annoying thing was there was no elevator so getting your luggage to and from the room was a bit of a hassle you do get someone to help you though, but that was the only thing other than that my stay great!

Nice Accommodation!

I like almost everything about this property, the property is well maintained, room was quite comfortable and clean, amenities in room is a nice touch like the coffee/tea station with a kettle and complimentary bottled water, a safe for your valuables and a mini fridge, bathroom is well appointed with enough counter space with nice big shower, housekeeping was very accommodating in converting the 2 beds into a queen..kudos!..beds were also comfortable, overall a lovely stay and would consider this property for a future stay

Though this property is in a well sought after location on the south coast, near the beach, shops, restaurants and bars, the nightlife in this area could be frustrating for some especially if you're a light sleeper, this property is adjacent to a football playing field and a hardcourt, and is popular with the locals who also lived in this community, so it was a little too noisy for me, so maybe request a room away from the action, also breakfast was not honored as per reservation, getting a room at a discounted rate shouldn't be an excuse.

It is a great location for access to the GAP and has numerous beaches within easy reach. Local transport is very close. Staff are very helpful and assist in arranging transport to and from key sites. Allowed me to work from my hotel room with no service interruptions.

Hotel does not offer airport transfer.

Breakfast was great. Delicious food at all times

There was no soap or blankets in the rooms upon check in. The staff was asleep at the desk when we got in at 11:30 pm.

Always love coming back

Everytime I come to Timeout it is great as the staff are friendly and it has a relaxed feel. The pool area is nice and the drinks are very cheap.

This time my room was at the front of the property which meant it was noisy at night and in the mornings.

Great location, clean facilities.

Lovely hotel, great location near good places to eat and beautiful beach. The pool and area was lovely. Would recommend and stay again. No lift which was OK for us.

We are a family of 5 and requested, months before, that we have the 2 rooms close together. They said as we had different room types we couldn't be that close to each other, however they actually put us the furthest possible rooms away from each other on different floors. That's the only complaint.
